So, welcome to Xalapa, the eternal green city. Joining us, you will meet other scientists for reciprocal inspiration and the sharing of mutual knowledge and \u2026 fun !<\/span><\/p>\n Registration<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The participants and persons need to register after arrival. Only participants wearing their Symposium badges will be allowed to enter in the conference room and to participate in the full scientific programme.<\/span><\/p>\n The registration desk will be opened on Sunday 5<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> at the \u201cMuseo de Antropolog\u00eda de Xalapa\u201d from 15:00 to 20:00 and for on-site registration and enquires every day from 09:00 to 17:00 in the symposium office at the host hotel \u201cHotel Xalapa\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n Certificates of attendance<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Certificates of attendance will be available in the Symposium office at host hotel<\/span><\/p>\n Poster presentation<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n All posters will be exposed during the whole Symposium. Posters should be set up on Sunday or Monday morning and must be down by Saturday morning.<\/span><\/p>\n Posters can be mounted to the boards with double-sided tape, which will be available at the \u201cposters room\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n A computer room is at your disposal in the Symposium office.
